The person,
• 3rd or 4th year student at a reputable universities
• Able to work 3-4-5 days a week
• Willing to have a career in Human Resources Consultancy
• Self motivated with good communication skills
• Believes in team work and is a constructive participant
• Self-starter
• Able to think creatively, open to ideas as well as sharing them
• Hard working, dynamic and positive personality
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent command of MS Office applications
The intern will be responsible for,
• Assisting the Associates and the Consultants on CV search
• Arranging interviews, making candidate calls on updates and arrangements
• Assisting on filing of the CVs and on their entries to the database
• Assisting the teams with industry and market research
• Giving support on media and web based research
